Arlington Cematary markers for unknown Black Soldiers ttt

The photo shows rows of grave markers in Arlington Cemetary. Two in the foreground say “UNKNOWN US COL P SOLDIER”
Civil War expert, Jeff Kluever, says: “It’s hard to see, but my guess is that it says COLR not COL P., which would mean ‘colored’ soldier. COLR is pretty common abbreviation for colored. My best guess is that it is a post-war photograph (given that they have stone markers, well organized) but not long after the war.Caption: “Soldier’s Cemetery, Arlington, Va., U.S.A.”
At left and right side of mount: “American Views.”
