The Western Wheeled Scraper or Self -Loading and Self-Dumping Cart, original“ly manufactured at Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, but moved to Aurora, Ill. Was patented by an experienced contractor, whose only object was to cheapen the work of grading on his own contacts. The original patent has been re-issued, and many improvements made, which have been patented.
